How We Are Remunerated

Commission

We may receive commission from Capital Guard for the financial products you invest in. This commission may be calculated as a percentage of the investment amount or as a fixed fee. The specific commission rates will be disclosed in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) , for the relevant product.

Distribution Fees

Worldwide Banners may receive distribution fees from Capital Guard for promoting and distributing their financial products. These fees are paid from Capital Guard’s own resources and are not an additional cost to you.

Our representatives are employees of Worldwide Banners Pty Ltd and receive a salary. They may also receive bonuses or other incentives based on performance factors including sales volumes, compliance, and customer service.

 

All fees and commissions are received by Worldwide Banners Pty Ltd as an Authorised Representative of Capital Guard.

Associations & Relationships

Worldwide Banners Pty Ltd is an Authorised Representative of Capital Guard Pty Ltd. We act on behalf of Capital Guard when providing financial services to you, and Capital Guard is responsible for the financial services we provide.

 

All investment products offered through our website or marketing materials are issued by Capital Guard Pty Ltd. This means there is a connection between the issuer of the financial products and our company as distributor.

 

We do not have any other relationships or associations that might influence the financial services we provide.
